Rabbi Me'irah, serving as one of the sabbatical rabbis at Or Shalom Jewish Community, will be the teacher at the South Side Collaborative's Lunch & Learn program on Thursday, May 19, at noon.
After a free vegetarian lunch, we will tip-toe into this vast topic by looking at some passages from Jewish texts that describe encounters with angels, then discuss some practical applications. Rabbi Me'irah will bring her latest painting featuring angels.
